TruChoice Financial Group, LLC (“TruChoice”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a financial services enterprise (FSE) that helps independent financial professionals enhance their annuity and life insurance businesses for clients in the United States. To provide these products and services, we may collect, use, and share personal information about our clients (collectively and hereafter, “you”, “your”). This Privacy Notice explains our information management practices and provides information on how to contact us if you have questions regarding our privacy practices.

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected, used, and shared by TruChoice Financial Group, LLC.   • From your relationship with us. For example, this may include the number of years you have been working with us; and

We do not sell or otherwise share personal information about current or former customers with anyone, except to help us operate our business, as permitted by law. Where necessary, we seek your consent prior to sharing your personal information with third parties. We may share the personal information we collect about you as follows:

  • With our affiliates and other third-party service providers, to process your appointment request or place business that you place through us, and to provide back-office support;
  • With consumer reporting agencies, to obtain a credit report to decide eligibility for a policy or to process transactions you request;
  • With our partnering firms to facilitate placing business, or providing other service requests that you may initiate;
  • With management consultants, so that they can help us continuously improve our business processes;
  • With state insurance agencies, law enforcement, and other government officials;
  • In response to subpoenas, court orders, and other legal requests; and
  • As required or otherwise permitted by law.

We may also share your personal information with third-party service providers to support our business operations, as follows:

  • With research groups, to conduct studies on our business to improve the products and services we offer;
  • With other financial institutions to inform you of products and services that may be of interest to you;
  • With marketing firms, to inform you of products and services that may be of interest to you; and
  • With our affiliates, so they can market their products and services to you.


We limit access to your personal information to those employees, affiliates, and service providers who need it for our business purposes. We protect your personal information using safeguards that align with applicable laws, regulations, and industry-accepted practices. TruChoice may retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


TruChoice does not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under thirteen (13) years old. We ask that any person under age 13 refrain from using our products and services. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child, we will take steps to delete the personal information as soon as possible.
